中國醫學科學院整形外科醫院顱頜面整形四科是我國歷史最悠久的顱頜面外科之一。成立于2014年5月，是醫院顱頜面外科下設四個中心中最朝氣蓬勃的隊伍。作為國家重點學科的骨干科室、國家繼續教育頜面外科培訓基地，技術力量雄厚，團隊成員積極上進，是一支充滿活力和實力的隊伍。
“并駕齊驅，各善其美”。整形16科不僅僅局限于正頜外科、顱頜面外科及頜面美容外科手術，亦關注頜面外科和美容外科的有效結合，打造三維且立體的美感。本科室強調人才梯隊建設，擁有一支配合精良的醫、教、研團隊，擁有主任醫師2名，副主任醫師2名，主治醫師2名，住院醫師3名，均具有博士學位，是一支老中青結合、結構合理的高素質團隊。其中7名醫生曾赴美國UCLA、哈佛大學、西南醫學中心、密歇根醫療中心等機構訪問學習，將世界前沿的醫療理念帶回國內，緊跟世界學術前沿，具有最新的整形美容理念。
臨床方面，本科室每年完成各項整形與美容手術2500余臺?？剖页藦V泛開展面部軟組織及骨組織美容整形外科手術之外，還大力開展高精尖的顱頜面外科整形修復手術，如開顱治療諸如Crouzon綜合征、Apert綜合征等額眶前移及Lefort3型截骨前移，應用各種顯微外科皮瓣如股前外側皮瓣、肩胛皮瓣、TRAM、DIEP等皮瓣修復頭面部各種特發性及創傷后畸形，尤其是利用股前外側皮瓣修復半側顏面萎縮等高難度手術?？剖移钭袅冀淌趧摻ǖ睦糜坞x腹內斜肌瓣一期血管神經吻合治療面癱是國際上首創的面癱動力性恢復手術。2018年，我中心主任靳小雷教授赴中南大學湘雅三醫院整形外科為一名特重度眶距增寬癥患兒完成了矯正術。此次手術采用的顱內-顱外聯合徑路“盒狀”截骨及畸形鼻整形術，是整復外科領域最復雜、難度最大的手術之一，系中南地區首例此類手術。
科研教學方面，本科室有2名博導，1名碩導，承擔北京協和醫學院的研究生教學、科研工作。曾承擔并參與國家自然基金項目4項、國家臨床重點學科建設項目子課題及院所基金等多項課題的研究，并培養博士研究生20余名，碩士研究生20余名。在國際期刊發表SCI論文 100余篇，中文核心期刊論文100余篇。
綜上所述，顱頜面整形四科是中國一流的整形美容外科團隊，可以為廣大愛美及整復人士提供優質、可靠的醫療服務。
